Our group exercise classes are designed for all abilities and interests so why not try one of our exciting new classes:

Spin – Get your heart racing every Tuesday morning with an energising cycling workout.

Yogalates – A unique blend of yoga and Pilates to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength.

Zumba Gold – A low-impact, dance-based workout set to great music, perfect for all fitness levels.

Group fitness is a great way to stay motivated while enjoying the benefits of exercising in a supportive environment.

Activities for the Little Ones

We know how important it is to keep little ones engaged and active!

At Maidstone YMCA, we offer:

Messy Play – Mondays, 10:00am – 11:00am (a creative and sensory experience for babies and toddlers).

Bounce n’ Play – Fridays, 10:00am – 11:00am (a fun-filled session with soft play and bouncing activities).

These sessions are a great way for young children to explore, socialise, and develop new skills.

Friday Fun for the Kids

Looking for exciting activities to keep the kids entertained?

Every Friday, we host 2 Roller Skating Disco sessions:

• 4:15pm – 5:15pm
• 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Let them skate, dance, and have a blast in a safe and fun environment!
