From smoother scheduling to enhanced account management, this upgrade makes it easier than ever to access everything Maidstone YMCA has to offer.
What does this mean for our members?
We’ve listened to your feedback and, from early next year, we are excited to bring you a range of new features and improvements, including:
- A streamlined joining process: New members will be able to join quickly and easily with a more simplified registration process
- Enhanced account management: Members will soon be able now manage their own accounts with ease
- Easy class scheduling: Our new system will make scheduling classes a breeze
- Quick access to class information: Our new system will have a user-friendly design allowing you to view our class details
- Real-time notifications and updates: You’ll be able to stay in the loop with improved communication features
- Enhanced security and privacy: The updated system will include upgraded security features to protect your personal information
- Seamless membership management: Renewals and payments will be smoother than ever
Temporary Access Issues
Our full system update is set for early 2025, however during this period of transition, you may experience occasional disruptions when accessing our online booking system. If you encounter difficulties, it may be due to a cached or bookmarked link in your browser. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Open your browser (e.g. Chrome)
- Go to Settings or Privacy & Security in the top menu
- Find Clear Browsing Data (names may vary by browser)
- Check only Cached Images & Files (leave other options unchecked)
- Click Delete Data
This should refresh the system and resolve most access issues. If the problem continues, try restarting your browser or device.
